James Ollerenshaw
Human Communications was founded and is run by James Ollerenshaw, a passionate believer in brands, messages and clarity of meaning. James' skill lies in getting to the essence of a product or service and bringing it to audiences with variety, creativity and in support of business objectives.
Having devised and delivered programmes in b2b and consumer marketing environments, for organisations that range from established global players through to ambitious growth enterprises, his experience covers technology and Internet, video, voice and data communications, travel, professional services, financial services, transport and logistics, consultancy, food and beverage, luxury goods, publishing and more.
James especially enjoys and appreciates the opportunities and learning that comes from collaboration. He is a member of the Central Branch Committee for the UK’s prestigious Institute of Directors, and is a co-founder of its London Young Directors’ Forum. His interests include cars, history and current affairs - and generally making the most of what life has to offer.
Ken Lempit

Ken Lempit is president of Austin Lawrence Group, the US partner agency of Human Communications. His experience encompasses in-depth marketing strategy development and communications programme design and implementation across a wide array of markets for consumer and B2B brands.
Ken specialises in cross-cultural marketing as well as computer and telecommunications, business consulting services, publishing, consumer goods and services, and financial services. He focuses on directing overall marketing and communications strategy for clients, as well as catalyzing new media, Internet, blogging and related initiatives.
Before joining the agency world in 1988, he worked for Citicorp in marketing and sales where he introduced the first PC-based services the bank ever offered. A native New Yorker, when Ken is not online or playing poker (for keeps) he’s out on the tennis court.
