Human Communications was set up to put some heart and soul back into marketing communications. Faster trends, frantic media, fracturing audiences, and a cacophony of messages are just one part of the story. At the core, the progenitor remains the same.

As buyers – whether commercial or consumer – we’re all too aware of the increasing demands for our attention. We’ve become more discerning in how we assimilate the output of marketing into our own worlds. As marketers, we’re faced with ever greater challenges in how best to reach our audiences, and to do so with the confidence that our messages are both understandable and compelling.

Our response to this is simple: focus on people. What do they need to know? What interests them? What makes them tell other people about you? What gets them excited? What makes them open their wallet for you? And what keeps them coming back for more?

How you answer these questions is what drives your marketing communications strategy and campaigns, so it matters that your answers are relevant, creative, convincing and worthwhile. Finding them is rarely easy, but no pain – no gain.

That’s where we come in. Our role is to examine your business and your markets, then we devise bespoke programmes based on your business objectives and according to what your target audience will best respond. We’re not a typecast agency – advertising, PR, new media, direct – so we don’t prescribe narrow methodologies. Our approach is to advise and deliver what will work for you.
